Appointments can be booked online through our website, by phone, or in person at our clinic. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of our confirmation notification.
A valid consultation may be required before certain treatments are approved. AcethetiQ reserves the right to decline a booking if it determines that the requested treatment is not appropriate or safe for the client.
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to book treatments independently. Clients between 16 and 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who provides written consent prior to treatment.
By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the treatment details, understood the potential risks, and provided accurate personal and health information.

We understand that plans can change. To respect both your time and that of our clients and professionals, we request that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows without any prior notice will be charged the full treatment amount.
In the event that AcethetiQ needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment at no additional charge. We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such changes.
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client or used toward a different treatment of equal or lesser value, subject to management approval.

AcethetiQ takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all clients. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AcethetiQ and its staff, consultants, and associated practitioners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with treatment outcomes, temporary side effects such as redness, swelling, or bruising that are considered normal post-treatment responses, or reactions resulting from information withheld by the client during consultation.
Our liability in any case shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific treatment giving rise to the claim. AcethetiQ does not accept liability for any loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or other indirect loss.

AcethetiQ reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
